MINI Garage Sydney

If you are reading reviews because you want to service your mini at a place that will attend to it and to you... Mini Garage Alexandria is not that place.

On my mini's first service (and my first visit to Mini Garage servicing) I took the opportunity to ask to have 2 faults with the car fixed (bent plastic in the rear seat and a single loose thread on the driver's seat).

I was given the run around to have one issue fixed or they wanted to charge money (on a warranty issue) to have it fixed there. The lose thread needed needed assessment from "Munich" as the repair salesman put it. That was in September. Its now November and after 4 times of contacting them I haven't heard a beep.

I've had better customer service after buying a $5 eBay item.
